I have very bad back pain, stabbing stomach pain and throwing up. what could i have?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pancreatitis: The combination of abdominal pain radiating to the back along with vomiting is highly suspicious for this. Common causes are alcohol, gallstones and ulcers. Have a doctor order some blood tests on you to rule this out. For now, try to see if you can keep some clear liquids down and avoid NSAIDs.
