Cafe au lait spot: Enjoy reading up on these. This simply isn't the presentation of neurofibromatosis (smooth bordered ones, especially around the armpits) or McCune-Albright (rough-bordered ones) if you're been in good health these 19 years. They may darken around puberty, and if this is actually a Becker nevus the presentation in adolescence would be classic. You / partner may decide you like the mark. Best wishes
