Very graphic : Your description is very graphic -- and it sounds like you really need a medical evaluation asap. You could have some type of gastritis, an ulcer, or other cause for your pain. Reliable diagnosis requires a personal visit with a doctor, rather than asking online physicians who cannot know your entire history or situation. You may need specialized GI diagnostic tests also.
