Left sided pain: This is a tough one without more information. Left lower quadrant pain in a 64 year old may be diverituculitis. This most likely would have fever and nausea along with it. Other possibliities include abdominal wall injury or trauma, hernias, gynecologic problems, kidney stones, aneurysms, infections etc. Probably best to see your doctor if it persists.
