Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain can be associated with many different etiologies. Chronic abdominal pain is a common complaint and could be associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). LUQ pain could be splenic etiology. Epigastric could be pancreatitis, ulcer or other gastric etiology. If persistent, worsening you should see PMD for history, exam and labs.
