Salicylic acid 2%: The simplest thing you can do is to keep applying salicylic acid 2% to the lesion. I would recommend at least twice a day and then maybe even three times a day. You may want to add Benzoyl Peroxide Gel at a strength of up to 10% as well although be aware that skin dryness may result in increased flaking. I would also eat a reasonable diet and minimize exposure to skin irritants! stay safe!
