My nipple has been itching on top for two days and underneath the nipple its a little bumpy and both of my nipples they always get little pimple like bumps at the end of my rings that i pop and puss comes out , why is my nipple so itching?

Pustules: These pustules or pimples are infections. It is unwise to intentionally pop them. Itching of nipples may be reactions to clothing or bra's. Your rings may be predisposing you to recurrent nipple infections. I recommend consulting a physician for treatment of the active infections and instructions on how to prevent them after eradication of the current infections. Apply antibiotic ointment.
