Maybe none: Primary bone cancer usually cause pain and have abnormal x-rays and ct scans. If there are abnormal labs, there might be anemia (low hemoglobin) of chronic disease. Metastatic bone cancers are more likely to have lab abnormalities like anemia and perhaps tumor specific marker elevations.
