No.: Bone cancers are typically diagnosed by biopsy after noticing an abnormality on x-ray or mri. There typically have no abnormalities of blood work. Leukemia is a bone marrow disorder. This is not a bone cancer, but can be confused, as the abnormal marrow is inside the bone. Leuekemias often have abnormal blood work.

Not really: Primary tumors of bone are not likely to be found by blood test. Other tumors that spead to bone occasionally can be suspected more by symptoms, scans and x-rays. Myeloma a blood malignancy which can affect bones can cause high protein levels seen in blood test. There the blood test is not enough.
