Multiple neuromas: It is possible, but rare to get multiple neuromas next to each other. Please ask your doctor to do an ultrasound to check to see if there are true neuromas between the other toes. Nerve pain can also come from tarsal tunnel or some other nerve entrapement. Have it investigated further. Good luck.

TARSAL TUNNEL: Multiple interspace pain makes me think of tarsal tunnel syndrome; a good exam, maybe a nerve conduction velocity test would help. 3rd interspace neuroma most common, followed by 2nd. 1st and 4th interspace neuromas more rare.
