Get a DPM evaluation: See the podiatrist to determine if what you actually have is a neuroma. Injection therapy is one form of treatment, but that relieves the pain acutely. You need to determine why the pain developed and address that too. This may be structural. The podiatrist would evaluate and determine the cause of your pain. Get checked properly.
