Pain? Yes. Red? No.: Morton's neuroma are affiliated with a "pins and needles" sensation of pain, usually between the toes but occasionally extending to the toes. (After all, the nerve fibers reach there). However, the "red" part has me confused. Does the toe blanche when cold? (Turn red, then white, then blue?)
