I would ask the : Lab if it will be problematic. Just an aside:
according to the cdc Ibuprofen can cause inflammation of the liver. With excess use it can cause increase in alanine aminotransferase & hepatitis.

Repeat the test: Recommend to repeat the test. Perhaps the drug had an effect, and perhaps the lab test was incorrect. Always suspect lab error and recheck before worry or anything more expensive.
