22 hrs ago; too late: Punched? This area is unlikely to cause massive internal bleeding. If you have severe, internal pain, a ct scan would be needed to exclude pancreatic rupture, splenic rupture or liver laceration. Flex your stomach muscles and if the pain is present when tight and relaxed, it is likely from bruising of your abdominal wall. A car accident or significant fall would be more worrisome.
