Don't risk it: Do not risk those symptoms, you should be urgently evaluated for the coughing up blood and chest pain. Without knowing much about your medical history of family history, it would be a safe bet to go to an emergency room immediately and be further evaluated by an emergency physician. It is not worth sitting on it and having a poor outcome.
