Annual health check up for 54 male what should we check for on blood test?

No one answer: It would depend on your medical history, family history and physical findings. However, at a minimum you should have fasting glucose and lipids; and may be cbc. Psa is of questionable value. While not a blood test, you should test your stool for occult blood.
