Good luck!: (at avoiding all diseases). We all will get sick at some time, and there is no evidence that getting frequent physical exams or even lab tests will prevent diseases. At best you MIGHT catch them earlier, but actually, following good daily health habits and being very alert to changes in your body (and THEN getting checked) is more likely to keep you healthy.
