You should have phys: Every year you should have your physical. At that time certain screening tests are recommended So yes you most likely will have blood testing at the time of your physical

Not really: As stated by a collage, a standard physical exam is the best way to start and any further tests would be dictated by the findings and any symptoms or family history. Unwarranted blood tests are a wast of time, money, and will likely lead to further unwarranted testing.
