Crepitus : It is normal to have some noise with the swallow on occasion. If it persists see an ENT doctor and they will check it out for you. You are probably too young to have arthritic spurs from the spine. Good luck and feel better.

Cartilage: Sometimes interference with cartilage in neck. See ENT doc who will solve the problem.
