Symptoms?: My first question would be to ask you are you having symptoms. Fibroids don't have to be treated if they're small and not causing any problems. If there exceptionally large or causing pain or heavy periods and surgical options at this point are your best bet. A surgeon experienced in minimally invasive techniques can do this easily.

Repeat the UFE: 20% of women can require repeat ufe. This can be because of incomplete initial treatment or new fibroid growth. If you have symptoms and not just pictures that show the fibroids still there then you can talk with your interventional radiologist about retreatment.
