Endometriosis: It is hard to tell you a great answer without knowing more but: you can have surgery for endometriosis and fibroids if they are causing a problem (pain, heavy bleeding, inability to get pregnant). Unfortunately there are no great surgical options for blocked tubes. If the main goal is get pregnant, IVF may be your only option.

IVF: Your fertility problems include blocked tubes, endometriosis and possibly fibroids (many times fibroids are not an issue with infertility). Your gynecologist has given you your best option for pregnancy. Surgery could be tried, but compared to surgery, IVF is MUCH more successful. Going directly to IVF would also be recommendation.
