If i need an invasive ultrasound, what are the odds it will yield a useful diagnosis for md?

??: I am not sure what you mean by "invasive ultrasound". Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging modality. The utility is quite valuable to determine almost all major fetal anomalies and most minor defects as well. But to a great extent, it does depend on the experience of the sonographer.
