Not too abnormal: The body reacts to injury in a limited number of ways. It is common to be easily fatigued after injury (including surgery.) this is your body telling you to slow down to promote uncomplicated healing. If soon after the injury, i would listen to your body!

Several Reasons: Medications particularly pain. Healing bones require a lot of metabolic energy. You can still be experiencing the shock/trauma. If you had surgery anesthetics can make you tired. There is much more....
