Probaly yes: This is mainly because of either more dose of filler was injected or injected not enough deep in the proper layer. It is less likely due to anaesthetic cream. Take pain medicine and iapply and ice pack and get back to your dermatology or md who performed it. Depends upon what type of filler used , some time these bumps can be for a very long time there , for example with sculptra.

Go see ur pls surgeo: Redness and irritation after anesthetic cream is normal. However brown discoloration patches may or may not be normal the next day. Please see your plastic surgeon to make sure everything is fine.

Filler problems: Post filler treatments patients can have some slight skin irritation but what you are describing appears more as if you had a reaction to the topical agent that was applied. Washing the area and moisturising it are the basic first steps and then have your treating physician see you soon. Some patients can get bruising post treatments and that takes a few days to disappear.
