Stomach ulcer: Hello, calcium carbonate tablets will help to resolve symptomatic dyspepsia and heartburn. It may help reduce an ulcer however there are other medications your doctor may wish to consider. An endoscopy might be in order.

I've had stomach pains and heartburn and have been taking Tums (calcium carbonate) to help but it hasn't helped and have also developed a headache and have no appetite.
Would it be acceptable to eat Tums (calcium carbonate) if you don't have heartburn or upset stomach?
