Can brain tumours cause muscle painless twitches in body when at rest?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not commonly: Your description of muscle twitches does not make me think first or foremost of brain tumor. There are many other things that come to mind. Are there any other symptoms more commonly associated with TUMORS in the brain that you may have and just "forgot" to mention such as SEVERE headaches, unexplained NAUSEA/VOMITING, sudden weakness or numbness on 1 side of the body, sudden double vision?
