Tumor: Although it is possible to have normal eye pressure and normal optic nerves with a brain tumor, this is quite rare.

Brain tumor: If the optic nerve is normal and not swollen then this is a sign of normal intracranial pressure. Body twitching and cramps are not typical signs of a brain tumor.
