Could be TMJ/TMD: If you hopefully have seen an ENT specialist but with no answers, i would consider not just a dentist, but a dentist highly trained in dealing with tmj/tmd. This is not to say that your problem stems from tmd/tmj, but sometimes your symptoms can be due to numerous sources.
