Show to your doctor: Could be a lymph node but need clinical evaluation , nasopharyngeal endoscopy , possibly other tests , some times even biopsy , speak to your doctor , or may be nothing.

Medical examination: You should have a complete medical exam just to be sure. But these are probably small lymph nodes. They are too small right now, yet your doctor should record them and monitor them for any changes in size over the next 1-2 years. Most likely they are physiological, based on the size alone. I would not do too much more other than a CBC just for precaution sake.
