Yes: It would be incredibly unlikely to have this if you didn't have active tuberculosis right now, but if you did then yes, your urine would show red and/or white blood cells.

Not necessarily.: Although rare in the us, this is a fairly common disease in other countries. Also, only 25% of patients have wbcs in the urine. Isolated TB epididimytits has be reported and actually studies in india. http://www.medscape.com/medline/abstract/16006701.
