After mitral valve repair when does the slight leakage form ? why does that happen even after repair of the mitral valve.

Mitral valve: Mitral repair usually isn't perfect, but then neither is normal mitral valve function. A little bit of mitral regurg is often seen on echo in many of us, post repair it isn't unusual to have some but lots less than caused the surgery. Generally it isn't problematic.
