6cm ovarian mass bad flank pain only 3bms in 2 weeks after taking mom and it was diarrhea and 6 lb weight loss in 2 weeks am in a lot of pain, help!

Lots of issues: It sounds like you have seen the dr already, since you know about the ovarian mass, but the lack of bms is a problem (it may be related to the ovarian mass), but that is hard to say. I would recommend doing an enema, and then magnesium citrate to try to help with bm. A 6cm mass is less likely to go away on it's own, need f/u sono/visit w/dr, ca 125 level, to see if surgery needed for the cyst.
