Dry eye syndrome: Can cause blurred vision. Start with artificial tears to see if it helps. Otherwise, get an in-person exam with the eyemd.

Dry eye: Your cornea is responsible for 2/3 of the focusing ability of your eye. If its dry, the surface can be irrgeular and cause blurred vision until you blink, re-wet it, making it smooth and better able to focus light. If this persists, have your eye doctor check it.
