Intermittent eso: Esotropia is crossing eyes and your situation does not sound serious. Reasons to have an in-person ophthalmology exam would be double vision, persistent eye turn, headache, nausea, or if after trauma. If your co-worker notices it again, have him take a picture-just to make sure.
