Hi, i'm 21 years old and i have had this problem since i was 14 .. when i go to sleep sometimes my whole body goes numb and i can't move or talk or open my eyes . its only happened like 20 times since i was 14 .. any idea of what it is?

Sleep paralysis: You are describing symptoms of sleep paralysis which is not uncommon. Generally no treatment is needed. If you have other complaints like uncontrollable urge to fall asleep during the day then see a psychiatrist or neurologist.
