I have headache for 2 months now in the bottom of my head specially in the left side, i can't sleep on my back as i feel pain in this area.

Needs to be: Checked. It could be a muscle spasm in this area if it is painful when you lay on it. Does it respond to ibuprofen, aleve, (naproxen) ice or heat?
