Natural brain care: Some suggestions for brain health: sleep hygiene = 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Aerobic exercise at least 3 days/week, 30 minutes per session. Take a multivitamin daily, specifically to boost Folic Acid and vitamin b12. Smoking cessation. Adequate hydration, at least 64 ounces of water each day. Moderate caffeine intake, 2-5 cups of coffee per day. Stress reduction. Good luck!
