Agree with Dr Singh, see a doctor. You may well have a family history of such a disorder. Have found some anti-cholinesterase meds used in Alzheimer's may help and both SSRI's and SSNRI's have been used here. See a local psychiatrist, speech therapist, and/ or occupational therapist.
