In the future...: If i understand, a while ago you had a colonic, & now you're worried about it. I can reassure you that if you had any significant complications from it, you would've known right away. The more insidious issues from this worthless & dangerous procedure is what it can do to your normal bacterial flora. But if you have long since resumed a healthy, varied diet, that should be ok. Lesson learned.
