Protein?: Adding a biotin supplement can help your hair come back. But unlikely was your hair loss due to a lack of biotin. More commonly it is due to insufficient protein intake. And making sure you are getting enough protein is more important than the biotin for hair regrowth.

hair loss: It is difficult to know why you lost your hair unless your vitamin levels were checked routinely back then and you can check your records. It is possible to grow it back by making sure all your vitamin levels are normal, you take biotin, and use hair restoration products.
