There are none: There are no natural foods nor supplements to help grow hair, as long as a person is well nourished with a healthy diet. Malnutrition that leads to poor hair growth is rare in the U.S., but one can take a multivitamin just to be sure she is getting the recommended daily amounts. Some hormonal problems may lead to poor hair, so a primary care doctor can evaluate to see if that may be a problem.
