Depends on cause: I notice that you live in africa. Is there any chance that she is infected with parasites? Invasive parasites, often referred to as "worms" can be a cause of persistent eosinophilia during the invasive phase. This may not be allergies. Allergies are not typically associated with a high white blood cell count.
