Possible allergies: The symptoms you describe are usually due to a viral infection or allergies. The antibiotics would not do anything to help. If they are lasting beyond 2 weeks with no change, and there is no fever or other symptoms it is quite possible you have allergies. If they do not resolve see you provider for further guidance.

Sneezing: Cough, sneezing, blocked ears, runny nose are more likely to be due to allergy like hay fever .Another possibility is viral infection. Antibiotics work only for bacterial infection. Antihistamines like cetrizine and nasal decongestant like flixonase can be tried. If symptoms still persist please consult with your doctor.
