Go to ER or call : Your doctor , some times it may be a just puncture wound that give fb sensation , or fish may be stuck , then needs removal to prevent abscess formation.

Fish bone: Peel a small orange that you could swallow and try to swallow it or at least to swallow the biggest bite with the intention of letting the fishbone comes in between the lonf natural fibers and gest dislocated with the orange, if it does not work , go to the er.
