Some ideas...: 1. Choose a set bedtime ; awake time. 2. Avoid daytime naps. 3. Avoid rich or sugary foods, alcohol ; caffeine 4-6 hrs prior to bedtime. 4. Daily exercise, but not right before bed. 5. Reserve bed for sleep. Not reading, tv, electronic devices. 6. Find ways to relax prior to going to bed. Meditation, yoga, reading. Do not take worries to bed. Try these tips to start.
