Ever since i started exercising regularly my blood pressure seems to have higher normally it's below 120/80 since exercise its above why?

Unusual: Regular exercise may improve blood pressure and shouldn't increase resting readings. You might want to look at your diet. If you're on a higher salt diet or taking certain supplements, that might be contributing to higher blood pressure readings.
