A member asked:

I am concerned as my heart rate gets very high when i am exercising. i have been exercising regularly for years and consider myself to be reasonably fit. it does concern me that my heart rate escalates so much. i also have very low blood pressure?

Need more info: Without knowing what your heart rate is after exercising, I am unable to advise you. If you are not having symptoms when your heart rate is high or your blood pressure is low (again, what is your pressure) there probably is no problem. A better measure of "fitness" is how long it takes for your heart rate to return to baseline after you exercise. It should take about a minute.
