RUQ: You can have gall bladder disease without gall stones. All an us can do is to r/o gall stones. You need further workup. Moreover, what you're really saying is that you have right upper quadrant pain and there is more there than just your gb.

You could have : An abnormally dysfunctional gallbladder. A hida scan will help check the functional capacity and output of the gallbladder. Chronic inflammation can occur if gallbladder output is low. See your doctor.
