Possibly: I would get it measured in the doctors office twice at two different visits and compare what you got at home. Then decide.

Essential HTN: Essential hypertension can be found in anyone. Caffeine and bronchodilators which you take can also raise your BP. It sounds like a good time for a complete physical exam and evaluation of your BP.

Possibly: Blood pressure normally rises with activity, so be sure to check your blood pressure after you have been sitting quietly for 10 minutes. If high, you have cause for concern. See your doctor for independent blood pressure readings and examination.

Athlete`s heart: You may have athlete`s heart: an over compensation of the heart to physical endurance training usually with very low heart rate, concentric left ventricular hypertrophy and sometime high blood pressure. You should have an echocardiogram and possible exercise stress test with oxygen consumption.
