My ekg's are normal, loop monitor hr up to 180bpm, echo normal, breathing test normal, stress test normal. any way it could be pulmonary hypertension?

No: Your echo should comment on your pulmonary artery pressure. Ask your provider about that. That would exclude pulmonary hypertension. You prob need to find out why your heart is going 180 though.
